Do I have to pay anything to become a Frontier Member?
No you don't. It is free to join!
What is my username?
Your username is the email address you used to join as a Frontier Member.
How long should it take to receive my validation email?
Usually this shouldn't take more than a few minutes. When a LOT of people are signing up at once it may take a bit longer. It should definitely not take more than 30 minutes, so if you haven't received your validation email in that period of time please email us ASAP at info@frontiertouring.com.au so we can sort out your problem!
Is it safe to register?
Yes. Our new site now scrambles all passwords. For this reason, if you ever forget your password you will now be sent a new password, which you can change once you've logged in. Your login information now also has SSL Security protection.
My email address is a Hotmail account - do I need to do anything different?
To ensure you receive emails from The Frontier Touring Company you will need to add our domain to your Hotmail MSN Safe List.
Hotmail have provided these instructions you can follow to allow frontiertouring.com.au:
1. Open your Hotmail MSN mailbox and click "Options" (upper right hand corner).
2. Click the "Junk E-mail Protection" link (top of page).
3. Select the "Safe List" link (2nd from bottom).
4. Copy and paste "frontiertouring.com.au" into the dialogue box titled "Type an address or domain."
5. Click the "Add" button next to the dialogue box.
When I try to sign in I receive a message saying I don't have a valid user name?
Your username is the email address that you signed up with. Check that you've entered it correctly with no spaces.
When I try to enter my password it says that it is incorrect?
Passwords are case sensitive, so try re-entering your password with a capital or lower case letter at the start. If this still doesn't work click on the 'Forgot Password?' button. You will be asked to enter your email address and your date of birth. A new password will then be emailed to you.
When I request a password to be sent to me it says my birthdate is incorrect?
If you've received this message it is likely your date of birth was entered incorrectly when you first signed up as a Member. Please go to the CONTACT page and explain your problem to us. A member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
